I have extensive experience with designing, and facilitating tailored, interactive training
sessions on a wide range of personal, professional, and academic development topics.
I strongly believe in delivering workshops that equip the participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to take immediate action to achieve their goals.
Overall, I have experience with designing and delivering customised workshops for a wide range of audiences on a variety of topics, particularly personal & professional development, entrepreneurship, social media, and many others. My sessions include not only the presentation of key information, but also an experiential element in the form of interactive activities and facilitated reflective discussions.
Currently, I work as the Graduate Skills Programme Lead Tutor and Administrator in the College of Social Sciences Employability Team at the University of Glasgow where I teach employability skills to students from diverse backgrounds. I also provide in-depth, constructive feedback on students’ personal and professional development with elements of career coaching and mentoring.
